Kept
Your cycle, kept to yourself.
A period tracker that counts from what you tell it, shows you your own patterns with a count behind every claim, and keeps every word on your phone. No account, no servers, nothing sold.
A lower day than your usual.
Compared with day 19 in 8 of your own past cycles. Your period is likely in about 9 days.
The line is your month. It is rough where you told Kept how you felt and smooth where it doesn’t know; the grey band is your own last cycles.
Three screens
Where you are in your cycle, in plain words, and the one thing worth logging now. A quiet day counts too, if you say so.
Your record by date. Filled marks are what you logged; hollow marks are guesses, and they widen the further out they go.
When cramps, headaches and the rest usually happen to you, and in how many of your months. Silence when it doesn’t know yet.
What it doesn’t do
- It does not diagnose. It counts, and it says so. The one-page summary it builds for your doctor is written in the words clinicians use, on your phone.
- It does not ask questionnaires, or guess how you feel.
- It never presents the fertile window as contraception. That estimate is off until you ask for it, and it is drawn honestly wide.
- It does not phone home. There is nothing to phone. Delete the app and the record is gone; export it first if you want a copy.
